One lozenge contains:		RDA [%]	UL
Vitamin C	300 mg	500	2000 mg
Zinc	10 mg	67	40 mg

Other ingredients in the lozenge: Acerola fruit juice, citrus bioflavonoid complex with hesperidine and rutin, extracts of dog-rose berries, blackcurrant and green pepper.

Dosage and administration: The recommended dose is one-half lozenge daily, preferably before meals. Dissolve the lozenge slowly in your mouth by licking it. These lozenges have a cross-score and are therefore suitable for breaking into smaller portions.
