Other ingredients: Herbal extracts of spinach, nettle, fennel, European centaury, dog rose, wheat grass roots and algae - Irish moss.

Dosage and administration: Take one tablet twice daily, before meals and with liquid. Concurrent use of products containing other minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc) interferes with the absorption of iron and therefore such products should never be taken together with Floradix tablets. Allow at least 2 hours between the ingestion of Floradix tablets and any other vitamin and mineral supplement.
