Dosage and administration: For maintaining health and strengthening your mental and physical abilities, as well as for conditions involving general muscle weakness, the recommended dose is one capsule daily for at least one month. To support the functioning of the cardiovascular system in the case of a weakened heart muscle or initial atherosclerotic conditions, long-term administration of 2 to 3 capsules daily in divided doses is recommended. Swallow the capsules with liquid, preferably with meals.
